Add a member to your Partner Team
This is a two-step process to add a member to your team
- You need to add them via the Partner Member portal
2. Then they will need to be added in My team - please note an invitation will need to be send to the user as per the below instructions.
This will NOT assign the user to a client organisation, and this will not send an invitation to the user to register until they are invited as per the below.
Broker Invitations
The Master Asset Contact (MAC) for the asset portfolio is the only user who can invite a Broker, this is done via My Team section in the left-hand navigation menu
Now - A Broker can invite additional Broker Members from the Partner Team to a client organisation and its asset portfolio. This is done via My Team > Single Add > Select Broker Team Member.
If the broker is not listed you can add a new member via MY TEAM the BPA will receive an email request and an approval pop up in the Partner Member section.
- The BPA must either approve or reject the request.
- On approval the new broker member will then receive and email to register to join your team in your partner organisation and also the client organisation they were added to.
This gives the Broker team member the same permissions, to add, edit and view as the Lead Broker. (Released Feb 2026)
You cannot duplicate users, meaning adding a user with the same email address.
Insurer Invitations
Insurer's can only be invited by a Broker.
A Broker who is appointed by their client to the organisation's asset portfolio can create an insurer panel as part of My Team in the left navigation menu. This will then flow through to assigning Insurers to quote via an Insurer Engagement.
Only when an Insurer receives an invitation to an Insurer Engagement or to Close an Insurance Policy is when they can view and access.
Broker - Adding An Insurer to My Team
- Make sure you have selected the correct organisation via the drop down in the top left hand corner
- Then go to My Team
- Then Add Team member, you will require their
- First and Last Name
- Email address and
- Mobile number
All users are linked to their email address and will sync with Partner Member in an organisation.
