This article provides a guideline on re-sending Invites to Team Members in Vision RE Cap.
This task can be owned by the role/s below depending on the user being invited:
- MAC
- MAC D
- SAC
- Broker
Steps
These steps are completed by any of the above users. What's my role again? I need a refresher
IMPORTANT* Please be aware, that for certain roles, the registration email will only be sent to them once they've been assigned to an asset. Without an assignment, the status of that user will remain 'pending'. You will also see that the 'Resend invite' will not be available upon opening that user if they have not been assigned an asset (or insurance policy).
- Go to 'My Team'
- Find your team member
- Select and open that user
- At the bottom of Team Member Information, click 'Resend invite'
- Done! A green pop up should appear to confirm that resend. The user will receive an email shortly to register their user
- If the email is not received, please ensure to check any junk or spam folders for the email
