Basic Navigation

Please note that based on your role, you may not have visibility of all of these menus. For the items you have visible, this is what they look like. 

1. Home Page 

Here you will have tasks and alerts for your organisation relating to your role.

2. Insights 

Here you can view asset data and information, this includes the top tabs for ASSCs, Risks and Tenants. 

3. My Assets 

Leading your organisation as a MAC and MACD, you will have access to the whole portfolio via the my assets module. SAC or PAC users can be assigned to specific assets or all assets. 

Each asset must have a MAC and SAC assigned at minimum.

4. My Team 

You can view who is part of your team and their role. 
Only MAC, MACD and SACs create a team member, can assign roles to assets. Only once a SAC or MAC user is assigned to an asset can the member be activated.

A broker only has permission to add/invite an insurer. 

5. Risks 

The PAC or primary asset manager, or property manager is usually quite heavy in this module of the platform. Adding, reviewing and updating risks. 

Any activity here by a PAC, needs approval by the upline, usually actioned by a SAC or MAC/D.

6. Asset Safe

The PAC or primary asset manager, or property manager is usually quite heavy in this module if ASSC is activated for the organisation. Adding, reviewing and updating - work, health & safety whether quarterly or biennial risk management.

Any activity here by a PAC, needs approval by the upline, usually actioned by a SAC or MAC/D.

This is also helpful for reporting purposes and insights. 

7. Insurance 

This is where Brokers can add their insurance policy or begin the insurer engagement process and invite insurers to participate.
