Insurer Invitation to Quote on an Insurance Engagement

New User - Insurer to Platform

You will receive an email to Register a Profile complete your details and set-up 2FA

Once inside you will have first steps on the home page.

Existing User, Insurer on Platform
 

You will receive an email invitation to quote for the organisation by a broker, and details of which assets have been assigned to the insurer engagement to view the broker pack and insurance summary. Simply click on the card of the insurer card.

If you have multiple insurer engagements, you can find them under

• The insurance menu on the left navigation and 
• Insurer Engagement Tab
• Select the appropriate engagement

• Please note: there is a drop down in the top left navigation menu to view organisations that have assigned you as an insurer to their insurance engagements or policies.

   

When you click on the insurer engagement card or view the summary (via the three dots menu) you will find the data and information the broker has prepared. Some items you can download, and others are readily available as insights on the page.

You can download key underwriting documents such as:

• An asset schedule this includes the underwriting matrix
• Broker underwriting pack
• Quote Slip
• Policy Wording
• Risk Report
• Claim Experience
• All media attached regarding the asset portfolio

You can view Insurance Data including, Total Insured Value Analysis- Portfolio Overview

You can view the Natural Catastrophe Risk Profile- by Peril and export

 

And Download the media library for the asset/s

 

Final Notes for Insurer and Broker Policy Agreements

The Broker and Insurer will continue to have conversations and meetings outside of the platform to work towards a new agreement policy. There is no further action within the VRC platform to support the engagements. 

Once all parties included have been provided the necessary material for an agreement, a new policy can be added into the Vision RECap platform
