How to find or view a thermographic scan
- Go to the relevant asset you want to view for the thermo scan
- Select 'Asset Details'
- Click the highlighted 'Asset' tab where you will see a drop menu and choose 'Fire Protection'.
- Here is where you can find or see if there is a thermographic scan or the latest version that has been uploaded.
How do I update or add a thermographic scan?
If you have received a thermo scan you can add this to your asset easily.
Select the relevant asset you want to add this to.
To add or update the thermographic scan:
Select 'Edit Asset' in the top right corner > Then 'Asset Details', follow the prompts as noted in the image or steps below.
- Click the highlighted 'Asset' tab where you will see a drop menu and choose 'Fire Protection'.
- Select Fire Protection
- Add the date of the most recent thermo scan you are uploading
- Upload the thermographic scan by dragging or dropping into the section or browse files button. Ideally you want to name the file to match the details such as 'Thermoscan [asset name] [date of scan]' before uploading for easy reference later.
Please note: If you have a thermographic scan already in this section and need to update to the most recent scan, we recommend to ADD the new scan and update the date field to the relevant date. This will help to keep and maintain the files attached to the asset for compliance or insurers as needed.
You can find all files you have uploaded under the MEDIA library tab connected to the specific asset.
👍you're all done!
