A feature has been rolled out that now delivers notifications to assigned PACs & SACs when it relates to fire protection compliance for asset owners.

Adding Fire Protection Documents

For Thermographic Scans this is done via Asset > Fire Protection

Add or Update the Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS)

Adding Due Dates To Receive Notifications

Once you add your fire protection documents you will now be required to include the 'date' the testing or compliance was completed.

Annually - an email reminder and in-app notification will be sent to the listed PAC or SAC on the asset for the upcoming due date - 60 days and 30 days out from renewal date.

What Happens When You Update an Asset's Fire Protection Documentation?

When a PAC makes an update to the asset relating to Fire Protection documents or due dates - this will be sent via email to the SAC as an asset modification notice - no approval is required by the SAC.
