Add or Update the Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS)

Annual Fire Safety Statement can be viewed and added to each building, under an Asset. 

Click which action you want to take

1. To find the most recent AFSS
2. Update the Annual Fire Safety Statement AFSS
    

To find the most recent AFSS:

1. Select the Asset under 'My Assets'
2. Go to 'Asset Details' Tab
3. Select 'Buildings' 
4. Then choose the building you want to add/view the Annual Fire Safety Statement
5. Then select 'Fire Protection' tab for the relevant building
6. Scroll to 'Provide most recent sprinkler flow test for the building

Update the Annual Fire Safety Statement AFSS

To add and update the Asset with the most recent AFSS, this is done via building. Steps as follows:

• My Assets > Select the Asset you want to update
• Then in the right corner of the page > Edit Asset
• Select - 2. Buildings > then based on the relevant building name select the three dots at the end, and choose 'edit' 
• Click on Fire Protection > then scroll to the Provide the Annual Fire Safety Statement
