If you need to update information on the building construction, fire protection, energy consumption and sums insured values to support the Total Insured Value - (TIV) here is how to do that.
- Go to My Assets, select the Asset and then 'Edit Asset'
- Select 'Buildings' and then press the three dots next to the building you want to edit and update.
- Then select 'View/Edit'
4. Select the relevant section on the page to update data as necessary.
5. Press Save 👍and you are done.
The MAC (Master Asset Contact) or SAC (Strategic Asset Contact) will need to 'Approve' the data before your broker or other team members can see the update.
This will display as Modification Review on the Asset Card.
