Updating Tenant Annual Gross Rentals – Vision RECap Support Home

If you have had a change in value for gross annual rentals you can update your tenant information for each asset.

Please note for Industrial Assets There is an additional step to complete this step.

Select The Relevant Asset under 'My Assets' tab
Go to 'Edit Asset'

3. Select the 'Building' Tab and the three dots to 'Edit'

4. Then Scroll to update 'The Forecast Annual Rental' values as below

Make sure to 'save' 👍

Industrial Assets and Tenants

After you complete the above steps for the building overall annual rental forecast - if you have had changes to the type of tenant or a CPI increase in rent this should be update in the follow section.

Update all necessary tenant data as needed including rental income.

Make sure to 'save' 👍and you are done!
