Building Deactivation and Building Removal

These 4 roles have permission to deactivate and remove buildings at a Client Asset Level:

PAC, SAC, MAC and MACD. (Click to learn more about the roles) 
 

How to Deactivate or Remove a Building?

Deactivate a building

The building deactivation button is an option and available when the asset status is 'live'. To begin the deactivation process:

1. Select the building you wish to deactivate and at the end of the relevant row, click the three dots to show the action options.

2. Select Deactivate as shown below. 

3. The status will change to Deactivation Review.

4. As a SAC, MAC or MACD role, you have permission to approve the review (and self-approve). 

 

Remove a Building

If you want to remove a building this option is only available when the asset status is 'not live' and in draft mode. 

To begin the removal process:

1. Select the building you wish to remove at the end of the relevant row, click the three dots to show the action options.

2. Select 'remove building' as shown below. 

3. Please note if you wish to remove a building that is live, please submit a ticket to our team.
