Use this article to learn how to assign and unassign team members to assets in VRC. To complete this requires a couple of parts and teamwork.

Assign Team Members to My Assets

These are completed by any of the above users. What's my role again? I need a refresher

1. Go to Assign and use the Assigner Tool
   
2. Under 'Team Member', click (+) to select the users you'd like to add 
3. Under 'Asset', select the relevant Asset/s you want to assign those selected users to
4. Click 'Assign' at the top of the page
5. A pop-up will appear for you to review your assignments
6. Click 'Assign' to confirm and complete 
7. Done! You should see a green confirmation of a successful assignment at the bottom of your page

Unassign Team Members to My Assets

These are completed by any of the above users. What's my role again? I need a refresher

1. Go to Assignment Overview
   
2. Find the Asset that you want to unassign a team member from
3. Find the user and click the minus (-) button on the name card
4. Click 'Unassign' 
   
5. Done! That user is now unassigned
   • To Reassign a new user, go back to the Assign menu and follow the previous steps in 'Assign Team Members to My Assets
