This article provides a guideline on performing your ASSC in Vision RE Cap.

We recommend that this task is owned by the PAC. However this task can be performed by the below roles:

• PAC - recommended*

• SAC
• MAC
• MACD

Steps

These steps are completed by the PAC. What's my role again? I need a refresher

1. Select 'Asset Safe'
2. Click 'Perform ASSC'
3. In the dropdown, select the appropriate Asset
4. Complete all fields in the pop-up: 
   *Where a risk has been identified, on any ASSC question, if 'Not Acceptable' is selected a pop up from the right will appear for you to enter the risk details
   1. Building
   2. Walkways/Accessways
   3. Safety Publications
   4. Hazardous Substances
   5. Fire Protection
   6. Electrical
   7. Tenant
   8. Core Data
   9. Risk Review
5. Click 'Submit'
6. Tick the box to confirm that you've entered the correct details
7. Click 'Submit' again
8. Done!
   1. You'll now see the status of your ASSC for that asset is now complete. You'll be notified when the next one is due

Tips

• ASSC is completed per building
• When completing your ASSC, depending on the selections you enter into the form pop-up, some risks may be identified for you to populate as well. These risks will then be logged in your Risks for appropriate action.
