If you wish to view and download all risks for your assigned assets, we have a feature called 'Export to Excel'. In this article here you will find:

Steps to download risks into an excel
- Go to the 'Risks' tab in the left navigation menu.
- Then scroll down to risks
- Press the 'Export to Excel' on the right-hand side
- Filter as needed once downloaded
User Permissions to download risks
As a Master Asset Contact (MAC) and a Master Asset Contact Delegate (MACD) you will have access to your organsation's assets and portfolio. This will allow you to download all risks for your organisation.
SACs, PACs, Head Office, Investment Fund Managers, Brokers and Insurers will be able to download risks for their assigned assets within the relevant organisation or fund.
What's Inside the Risks Export to Excel
The Export to Excel is helpful to review and assess the risk status for all your assets and buildings, including Asset Safe Spot Check and ASB's. The data will reflect from the information entered into the platform by your team and you will be able to filter and see details such as:
- Address
- Building
- Investment Fund
- Assigned Team members
- Date/s the risk was opened and when and if they are closed
- What type of risk
