We recommend that this task is owned by the PAC. However this task can be performed by the below roles: 

• PAC - recommended*
• SAC - recommended*
• MAC
• MACD

Part 1 - PAC Edits the Asset

1. Select the asset you want to edit
2. Click 'Edit asset'
   
3. A form will pop up to allow you to view the details of the asset. Select the area that you wish to edit and make your relevant edits. See example below:
   
4. Click 'Done' once you've completed your changes
5. The SAC will now be notified that changes have been made to the asset and requires their approval
6. Your part as a PAC is done!

Tips

• Any changes made to an asset must be approved by a SAC
• You cannot edit an asset that is pending approval from a SAC

Part 2 - SAC Approves Asset Changes

Once a PAC has submitted an edit on an asset, you will receive a notification to approve those changes. To action, see below steps. 

1. Go to My Assets
2. Find the assets with labels 'Modification Review'
   See example:
   
3. Open the asset and click 'Review asset' 
   
4. A form will pop up to display the asset details. Any edited section will be highlighted for you to review
   
5. Once reviewed, select 'Approve' or 'Decline'
6. Once submitted the asset label will go back to 'Live' 
   
7. Done! You've now completed the process of editing your asset
