Insurer Panel and Adding an Insurer to My Team

There are two different tabs to support brokers in understanding their insurer panel. One is exclusive for the client, the other is more like a global brokerage insurer address book.

Insurer Panel Tab 

These are the insurers who have been invited to a client's insurer engagement (to quote) or added to an insurance policy.

My Insurers Tab

These Insurers have been invited to the platform by you, or a broker in your broker organisation - making it easy to add a listed Insurer to any client Insurer Engagement to quote or an insurance policy closing so you don't need to re-enter the insurer for every client and you have visibility.
 

It's like your team insurer address book on the platform, accessing it across your broker organisation.

Adding or Inviting an Insurer

If you need to add an insurer to a client who is NOT listed under Insurer Panel or My Insurers

My Team > Insurer Panel or My Insurers > Select - Invite Insurer button. 

This will add the user it to the client organisation - so make sure you are on the correct one. This will also then default into My Insurers Tab so you can add them to another client organisation insurer engagement or policy with ease.

Please note: only when an Insurer is added or invited to an Insurer Engagement to quote or to an Insurance Policy will they receive an invite to view.
