If you need to replace a broker from your team, as they have moved to another role or business you can easily remove (offboard) and also replace the Broker's assignments to a new team member.
This is recommended via the 'Partner Administrator' under 'Manage my partner organisation'
User: Broker Partner Admin
- Go to your partner organisation as a Broker Partner Admin - view by the three dots beside your profile at the bottom of the menu - or go to home page and top right corner.
- Scroll to Partner Members
- Select the team member you need to replace and click on the three dots.
- Then select 'offboard and replace'
If the broker has insurance assignments, you will need to assign this to another team member.
Select Assign activity to other members.
You have the option between:
- Assign to existing member - a list will be displayed of who you can assign the insurance arrangements to, in your team
- Or add a new team member - they will be added to the client organisation and receive an invite to the platform.
Once you select the team member you want the insurance arrangements assigned to you will see:
- The number of insurance engagements available to be assigned
- The number of insurance policies available to be assigned
- You can only assign to one team member (please note that all team members in the client organisation will be able to view and edit once assigned to the new broker).
- The user who is being offboarded - will only show offboarded status once all insurance assignments have been allocated to another team member
- The new user will receive an email with new responsibilities, and be assigned as the broker with the insurance arrangements and added to the client organisation if not already.
Select insurance policies and then further down any insurer engagements to finish the offboarding and replacement of the broker team member.
You're all done 👍
