A broker may need to modify, change or update an insurance engagement for their client, here are some steps and considerations to look for:
How do I modify an Insurer Engagement? - After an Insurer Engagement Status is 'Live" you can edit the Engagement if required: this relates to modify the asset mix, add new underwriting attachments, or adjust deductibles.
- All Insurers on the Engagement will be notified by email and in app message of the change.
How do I extend access to my Insurer Engagement?
- Edit the Insurer Engagement Card, Select Section 2 (Assets) and increase the number of "Days to Access Assets" (We recommend up to 21 days post the Insurance Period start date)
- The Initiated On Date (DD/MM/YYYY) + "Days to Access Assets" = Accessible Until Date.
- Insurers will be notified by email the day after the Accessible date that the Engagement has expired.
