As a broker if you are experiencing an issue when preparing the insurance policy closing to submit to insurers and you have completed all the relevant details but the SUBMIT button is not showing or is greyed out here is a quick fix and steps to follow.
Select the relevant Asset > View the Insurance Policy Tab, select the insurance policy in draft mode you want to submit for closing.
- Check the assigned insurers by clicking on Assign Insurers Tab
- Scroll to Total Nett Premium Invoiced to Client
- Review and note the premium amount entered

4. Go to Add insurance policy details tab
5. View 'Total Nett Premium Invoiced to the Client' - this should match to the Assigned Insurer Tab and Premium Value
Solution if premium values are not matching
- Make the appropriate premium adjustment in the Insurance Policy details section
Why does this happen? Sometimes the percentage of co-insurance value could differ with round ups or round down in cent values.
