  • Assets
  • ASSC (Asset Safe Spot Checks)
  • Risks
  • Tenants

Features & Tips:

  • These dashboards aggregates and analyses data from the platform’s multiple sources, providing insights into asset performance and valuation through reports and analytics
  • Top Tip, leverage these dashboards in your next stakeholder meetings to facilitate informed decision-making through real-time analytics and reporting

 

Assets

This category provides insights on your assets based on the below buckets: 

  1. Total Number of Assets: These are your Assets in green with the lowest number. Which indicate assets with the lowest risk profile. Others are your higher risk assets of portfolio. 
  2. Total Insured Value of Assets: Assets with the highest and lowest Total Insured Values
  3. Total Rentals: The types of Assets in your portfolio
  4. Top 5 Assets in Terms of Rental: Assets that generate the highest rentals *where data is entered
  5. Annual Rentals by Asset Type: Your annual rental revenue by asset type *where data is entered

ASSC

This category provides insights on your ASSC based on the below buckets: 

  1. ASSC Participation Rates, Year to Date: The average number of ASSC completed in a period
  2. Progress by Frequency: Required ASSC versus actual completed in a period
  3. Trending Risks Identified by Area: Spot the areas the asset risks are trending by category

Risks

This menu category insights on your risks based on the below buckets: 

  1. Number of Risks in the Past 30 days: Sum of all risks recorded, created or closed in the last month
  2. Average Resolve Times in Days: Average days taken to close a risk by grading
  3. Top 5 Assets with Most Open Risks: Assets with the most open risks by risk grading
  4. Number of Risks by Grading & Status: All risks by quarter
  5. Trends in Open Risks: Number of Risks captured by month
  6. Risks by Category: Categorising your risks
  7. Risk Gradings by State: Portfolio and state view of risks

Tenants

This category provides insights on your tenants based on the below buckets: 

  1. Percentage of Rent by Tenant Category: Categorising your tenants
  2. Live Occupancy Data: Percentage of occupied GLA vs total GLA available across the portfolio
  3. New Tenants

Exporting Insights

At the top of the page, you'll see the option to Export Insights. This will allow you to download your insights to a PDF on each category, or all. Click and follow the prompts to download and save.
